License Features and Support Options
All MailSite licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis that provides you with the right to use the software during the term. These licenses come in 4 different packages: SE - Small Enterprise, LE - Large Enterprise, SP-s - Service Provider (single server), SP-c - Service Provider (cluster). MailSite is also available for trial.

Regular Business Hour
- 8:00am to 5:00pm US Pacific Standard Time (GMT/BST minus 8 hours)
- 9:00am to 5:00pm Western European Time (GMT/BST)
- Weekends and Public Holidays excluded
MailSite SE and MailSite LE Technical Support
MailSite SE (except for SE 10 and 20 products) and LE customers are entitled to 8x5 Technical Support and major & minor software upgrades which are included in the Subscription License at no additional cost. A separate MailSite Support Subscription is available for MailSite SE 10 and SE 20 customers. Your sales representative can provide you with more information on support options.
Major Software Upgrades
Major Software Upgrades are provided free of charge to customers that maintain continuous License or Support Subscriptions.
