MailSite Fusion 9.3 Release Improves Messaging Security

Latest release adds support for DKIM message signing, outbound and relay sieve filtering and increased end-user security controls

Campbell, CA - February 4, 2010 -MailSite Software Inc. today announced the availability of MailSite Fusion version 9.3, the latest release of the award-winning messaging and mobile synchronization server.

The MailSite Fusion email, calendar, contact and mobile sync platform is used by over 10 million people worldwide and provides a low-cost, reliable, easy-to-use alternative to Microsoft Exchange. MailSite Fusion works seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook and other email clients, and includes the state-of-the-art MailSite ExpressPro web client.

MailSite Fusion version 9.3 boasts numerous enhancements including support for DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), a method for digitally signing message headers to verify that the sending domain is legitimate. DKIM signatures are used as a key factor for spam scoring on many major email systems on the internet including Yahoo Mail and Google Gmail. Other improvements include Sieve filtering control on outbound or relayed messages and improved end-user control of anti-virus, anti-spam and filtering settings via the MailSite ExpressPro web client.
